Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase for online courses if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
• Professional certification programs are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.

2. Process for Refunds

• Submit a refund request via email to sharemateint@gmail.com with proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Return Policy for Physical Products

• If study materials are damaged upon delivery, request a replacement within 5 days of receipt.
• Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.

4. No Refund Cases

• If the user has completed over 10% of the course content.
• If access has been shared with unauthorized users.
• If the request is made after the refund period.
