1 Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund request is submitted within 7 days of the course enrollment date.
  • Less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
  • The course must not have included any live sessions that have already been attended.

Note: Professional certifications and specialized credential programs are non-refundable once access has been granted and the certification process has started.

2 Process for Refunds

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email your refund request to sharemateint@gmail.com within the eligible period.
  • Include your registered email address, order/enrollment ID, course name, and reason for refund.
  • Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund amounts may be subject to applicable payment gateway charges, which are non-refundable.

3 Return Policy for Physical Products

For physical study materials, printed books, or any tangible product delivered by Sharemate:

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • You must report the issue within 5 days of receiving the physical item.
  • Contact us at sharemateint@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.

4 No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • More than 10% of the course content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.
  • The refund request is made after the 7-day refund window has passed.
  • Course content was shared with or accessed by unauthorized individuals.
  • Professional certification or specialized programs where the assessment or certification process has commenced.
  • Promotional, discounted, or free-trial course enrollments.
  • Disruptions caused by the student's own technical issues, internet problems, or device incompatibility.
