1 Digital Course Access

Sharemate is primarily a digital education platform. All courses, live classes, recorded sessions, assessments, and learning materials are delivered electronically through our online platform.

• Instant Access: Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to your enrolled course(s) via your registered account on the Sharemate platform.
• Access Notification: A confirmation email with login details and course access instructions will be sent to your registered email address within minutes of payment.
• Platform Requirements: You will need a stable internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) to access your courses.
• No Shipping Required: There are no physical shipments for digital courses. No delivery charges apply for digital content.

2 Study Materials (If Applicable)

Certain course packages may include optional or included physical study materials such as printed books, workbooks, or stationery kits. For physical materials:

• Delivery Timeline: Physical materials will be shipped within 7–10 business days of enrollment confirmation.
• Shipping Coverage: Physical deliveries are available across India via our registered courier partners.
• Delivery Notification: You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is dispatched.
• Delivery Address: Ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of registration. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
• Delays: Delivery timelines may be extended during national holidays, extreme weather events, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.

3 International Access

Sharemate's digital platform is accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.

• Global Availability: Students from any country can access our digital courses, live sessions, and recorded content.
• Region-Limited Features: Some features — such as live class scheduling, regional language support, or certain payment methods — may have geographical limitations.
• Physical Shipping: Physical study materials are currently shipped within India only. International physical shipping is not available at this time.
• Currency: All pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). International payment methods may incur additional conversion fees from your bank or card provider.
