1 Introduction

By accessing Sharemate – The Online School (Sharemate Internet Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our platform, services, and digital content.

2 User Responsibilities

As a user of Sharemate, you agree to:

  • Not share your login credentials with any other person or entity.
  • Use the platform and course content for personal educational purposes only.
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's functionality.
  • Not use the platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercially exploitative purpose.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3 Course Enrollment & Payments

  • Payment: All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
  • Non-Transferable: Course enrollments are non-transferable and are tied to the registered user's account only.
  • Access Duration: Course access is granted for the period specified at the time of purchase. Sharemate reserves the right to modify access periods with reasonable notice.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing enrolled students.

4 Intellectual Property

All content on the Sharemate platform — including but not limited to course videos, study materials, assessments, live class recordings, logos, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sharemate Internet Private Limited.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content from the platform without express written permission.
  • Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course content may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal educational use only.

5 Account Termination

Sharemate reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Sharing login credentials or course access with unauthorized individuals.
  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
  • Non-payment or payment disputes.

In the event of termination, access to all enrolled courses will be revoked immediately without refund.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sharemate Internet Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Any technical issues, outages, or interruptions that may affect platform accessibility.
  • Loss of data resulting from technical failures or user error.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Disruptions caused by third-party services, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
